Pamper yourself and experience the elegance of a high tea on the lush grounds of Pedro St. James. Reservations are recommended for this popular event. The tradition of High Tea goes back many years to the late 1700's, just about the time that the great house was built. The Duchess of Bedford(1788-1861) complained about a "sinking feeling" in the late afternoon, because dinner was served very late in the evening. Afternoon tea was her invention to keep her going until dinner. Cheers!

Go behind the scenes at the captive breeding facility and get friendly with one of Cayman’s blue dragons. This unique and magnificent creature is endemic to Grand Cayman - which means that it is found nowhere else in the world. You’ll search the forest and gardens of the Botanic Park to locate free roaming iguanas in their natural habitat under the supervision of a guide from the National Trust. The Trust's integrated conservation programme was set up in 1990 combining field research, captive breeding, public education, habitat protection and reintroduction.
